We recommend you to explore local markets like La Boqueria and try tapas bars in the Gothic Quarter. We enjoyed this place so so much. And be sure to taste traditional dishes like paella and patatas bravas not to mention piementos padrons.

Hi Julia. What a wonderful idea to join a eco-friendly safari operator in SA. I have been to SA a couple of times, but some years ago. At that time many operators in Kruger National Park offered eco-friendly safaris. I found them by looking for those with strong conservation programs and sustainable practices. Not all of them mention “eco-friendly safari operator” in google.

If you want to experience incredible nature you need to visit Skagen and try Ruths Hotel. But make sure to book in advance. In Copenhagen we like Villa Copenhagen but also Zoku Copenhagen is super cool, especially if you like a work community around you and the option to make your own food at home. In Aarhus we like Helnan Marsalis because of the amazing ocean view and in Odense the best one to us is Odeon or HC. Andersens Comwell.
